Our Motto “Linedancing 4The Health Of It” …and we Love It!! It’s a great way to sneak in exercise, meet new friends and groove to good music. Best of All No Experience necessary, No Partner or Special Clothing Required. Just BYOWBT (Bring Your Own Water Bottle and Towel) Its Feel-good Fun exercise and It’s Suitable For All Fitness Levels. The best line dance instructor I’ve experienced!!! Get connected!!! Find out where her next class will be. Get registered and participate!!! She helped me, an uncoordinated person, stay on beat!!!
The first time I saw this lady on the dance floor, I fell in love with her style of teaching. I appreciated her nice easy movements and hand signals on the dance floor to help with direction. I must also share, I liked her maroon hair and beautiful spirit. Once I met her, the rest was history. Thank you Rachel for stepping in to assist Find Your Fit Rocks through your fun fit services.
